Role description
Venus is looking for a detail oriented professional with interest in complex development of super premium residential estates. The ideal candidate will be able to focus on myriad tasks concurrently, collaborate with and coordinate amongst CEO, CFO and COO internal roles as well as professionally engage with outside key industry partners including architects, engineers, builders, banks and other capital partners.
Persons who take initiative, enjoy analytical problem-solving and seeing tasks through to completion will thrive in this role.
Academic backgrounds that will align well with the role’s responsibilities span business topics including accounting and finance, economics, market research and entrepreneurship.
The job will be located in Dallas, Texas. Expectations are to be in the office for a majority of the week. Venus develops across the nation and occasional travel may be required.
Experience within the industry, across architectural, construction or related professions is preferred, but not required.
Years of experience, depending on background, may vary from 1 to 4 years. However, candidates with no work experience but strong and specific academic training will be considered.
